Nat McKeller Crosby is a realtor and investor in Virginia. They also serve as the President of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber and Side by Side VA, Inc. Their work as Realtor and community leader centers around inclusivity, where they have been honored by Governor Northam to the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board for the Commonwealth of Virginia and featured in the Washington Post, CNN Business, The Huffington Post, and CBS Moneywatch as a result of their dedication to serving others.

Nat McKeller Crosby was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. From a young age, they have loved nature and believe strongly in environmental health. They attended Western Kentucky University to obtain their degree in communications.
McKeller Crosby worked as a Realtor for Napier Realtors ERA from 2016 to 2017. They currently work as an Investor (2012-present) and a Licensed Realtor for Clocktower Realty Group (2017-present). They are also the President of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber (2019-present). The organization helps support LGBTQ-owned and allied businesses and professionals through education, programming, and networking opportunities. Additionally, McKeller Crosby has served as a Board Member for Main Street Alliance and President of Side by Side VA, Inc. Since 2021. Their work has exemplified their dedication to helping marginalized communities. As a Realtor, they advocate for safe and secure housing for vulnerable populations and sustainable development practices, where they are a Certified Green Building Professional.
Additionally, they have rallied at the state and federal level in support of Paid Leave for All as part of the Virginia Campaign for a Family Friendly Economy's Paid Family and Medical Leave Advisory Board so that small and local businesses can compete on a level playing field for talent and so that marginalized identities can receive the benefits they deserve. McKeller Crosby's other accomplishments and highlights include serving as co-chair of the Use of Force subcommittee for the Reimagining Public Safety Task Force, being honored by Governor Northam to the LGBTQ+ Advisory Board for the Commonwealth of Virginia, featured in the Washington Post, CNN Business, The Huffington Post, and CBS MoneyWatch. These accomplishments stem from McKeller Crosby's dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Outside of serving their community, McKeller Crosby enjoys birdwatching, archery, swimming, and spending time with their new Havanese puppy, Cuba.
When they were young, McKeller Crosby had a mentor who had a lasting positive impact on their life. Some of the greatest lessons they carry are from this mentor's wisdom. As President of the Richmond LGBTQ Chamber, McKeller Crosby has mentored numerous marginalized business owners on sustainable development and practices.
